What if password is lost?

 

Password is used to enhance the security of wallet with the function of double check when you transfer, export your private key or mnemonic words.

As AToken wallet don’t keep users’ password, mnemonic words and private key, AToken can’t provide help to find your password. Please make sure that your password, mnemonic words or private key is reserved safely!

 

In case you have restored your mnemonic words safely, you can follow the step below to reset your password:

  1. Delete AToken APP;
  2. Download AToken wallet from atoken.comagain;
  3. Select Import wallet when creating wallet;
  4. Input the mnemonic words you have backed-up;
  5. Reset the password and click confirm.
